Definitely drinking a lot of water. I know it doesn't actually burn fat or whatever but since I've started drinking eight glasses a day I feel a lot healthier. I used to drink loads of diet fizzy drinks and felt quite bloated and sluggish a lot of the time but now I have so much more energy and I swear my skin is clearer!
I think for me, eating consciously - actually taking the time to taste and enjoy what I eat mindfully, slowing down mealtimes, and forcing myself to put some food onto a plate properly if I was snacking rather than mindlessly grazing without necessarily appreciating or realizing what I was eating. I felt fuller quicker and so ate less, and enjoyed what I ate more. Also good for cutting out the fits of munchies that were the bane of my weight-losing life. |

I think the best exercise for losing weight is one you enjoy doing and can stick with. Too many times, people start exercise programs whether at the gym or using DVD's and end up giving up on them because they are too hard or because they are bored with the exercises. Find something you enjoy doing, whether it is walking the dog or swimming or playing basketball, and stick with it and do the exercise on a regular basis.

Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from fat and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in day, including snacks, not 3 big ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. |

Do sprinting alternating between running as fast as you can and then jogging do 1 minute intervals. This will lose the fat.

There are two main types of aerobics- high impact and low impact. It is better to alternate between high impact aerobics (which are harder on the body and may cause more damage) and low impact aerobics, such as walking and swimming. This is called cross-training, and helps reduce the chance or injury and overuse of certain muscles. You will want to perform aerobic exercises at least 20 minutes a day for at least 3 to 4 days a week. If you are trying to lose body fat, or your physical condition is very good, then you may want to work longer at it. Try exercising up to 40 to 60 minutes 5 to 6 days a week. |

I prefer to do yoga and meditation is the best way to loose weight. Also walking and drinking a lot of water will benefit you in terms of weight loss.
