Checked scale today, gained 10 pounds.
Not that big of a deal, right?
Yeah, except that I'm at 314 pounds. The most I've ever been.
I was losing some years ago... but that's all gone now.
I decided today that I would start trying to lose weight again.
I've been looking for support groups + all..
but I feel so sad. Worthless.
How could...
Sad
>very low-self image<
sometimes I just think that i can't. that everything's hopeless...

and tonight - today i actually did well.. 1500 calories.. and then I lost it with some chips and hummus...
maybe I did it on purpose.. because I'm mad at myself.. I don't know.
sometimes I don't want to care about myself.
sometimes I'm angry and want to punish myself.
sometimes I just can't seem to stop.
maybe I want to be like this. It illustrates how I feel about myself...

sorry. I still don't know that I belong here.. just feel lonely + want to talk...
or want some self-discipline.. or...
Sad
maybe a hug...

I wish I could give you a hug. I know exactly how you feel. It's like you wrote how I feel. I am 39 I weigh 260 and I'm 5'4''. I have been obese for about 12 yrs now. Before that I had always been thin ( sometimes to thin). I hate myself for letting myself go. I am starting the Master Cleanse tomorrow. I have read alot of good things about it , particulary fast weight loss. Some people lose 1 to 2 pounds a day on it. Well wish me luck and I want you to know your not alone. Good luck on your journey to find yourself once again. Very Happy[url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wnMMZ1u/]

Hi Lynn,
It is a very good thing that you have thought about losing some weight and the important thing now is to stick to it. Like dccdiet said "hang in there and keep working towards your goal", I have often felt that being obese does matter but staying fit and healthy is of more importance. So, just keep working we are here to help you and keep you motivated. Good luck!

You can start by telling about your insecurity to someone you trust, a counselor or a coach. It doesn't make you less of a man or woman to talk about your weakness. You can start by telling about your insecurity to someone you trust, a counselor or a coach. It doesn't make you less of a man or woman to talk about your weakness. Put constructive thoughts inside your head instead of replaying the same disturbing internal voices. Reprogram your mind with a new image and reaffirm with positive words.
