Baked Fries with Chili Cheese
2 medium Idaho potatoes Canola oil spray 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper Chili Cheese Sauce, recipe follows Preheat oven to 450 degrees Slice the potatoes into large matchsticks and lightly spray them with canola oil. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange potato slices on a wire rack and place rack on a half-sheet pan. Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes. When fries are almost finished baking, make cheese sauce. Serve fries with cheese sauce for dipping. Chili Cheese Sauce: 4 ounces low-fat pepper jack cheese 4 ounces canned low-fat chili Dice cheese into equal-size cubes. Pour chili into a small saucepan and add diced cheese. Stir slowly over medium heat until melted, about 5 minutes. makes 4 servings 107 calories 3 grams fat |

Actually this is little bit snack and famous recipe because generally people like to eat potatoes and fried potatoes and cheese are the most favourite combination of people so that if we will make any dish of this mixture then it will definitely taste good.
