Hey

Im going home for 2 months for the summer and so that plan is to go on a major health kick and to start off my weight loss. I don't know how much i want to lose but enough to make me happier and healthier! I'm thinking it will prob be 2-2 1/2 stone or about 35lbs so thats 14st down to 11.5 st but we shall see I'm hoping for the best anyway Smile Over the 2 months I'm planning to lose 18 lbs (it should work out as 2lbs a week) which would mean im about half way. So please give me support because i have trouble sticking to these things and i will keep you posted with my progress every few days and any advice will be greatly appreciated.

It's best for a summer challenge you also a should take as much you can lose your weight in summer you take a water more and it's best for a health and in summer you do exercise is best this planning you get a success,and also take a advice of dietician is best for your health.
