My friend was very surprised when I told her to drink much water if you want to lose weight. So she did it and after one week she says: "My belly just grows and grows, could you come with better advice?" I remember I forgot to tell her not to eat so much along water drinking Very Happy So that is really a good advice to drink much water and eat 5-6 small healthy meals per day. What do you think guys?

The way I understand it, fat is eliminated from the body through the urinal tract. So its important to keep your kidneys as clean as possible and thats one of the primary reasons we are supposted to drink a lot of water. I also drink a glass of water before every meal to help me feel full faster. Ive also heard that if you consume a lot of soduim in your diet then your body is more likely to retain more water in the skin making you feel bloated.

I have heard that it possible to drink to much water. If you drink to much it could hurt you too. Too much of anything is bad for you. They say 6-8 8oz glassses a day is enough to help weight loss.

Off course if you exaggerate with something is bad.
But drinking 2-4 litters of water on a day is not bad at all.
And you loose appetite...

I found drinking lots of water made me

a) even more thirsty all the time
b) reduce my water weight significantly
c) piss like a race horse

By all means drink water it's good for you. Depending on body composition you should be drinking atleast 2 liters a day. I usually drink around 4.

Few people drink near enough water. Most people are dehydrated. So to start out, drink a full glass with each meal. This way you will make sure you are drinking at least three glasses a day. Make this a habit.

Water contains no calories. If you were to substitute any other fluid you normally drink during a day for water, then you’ll automatically reduce your intake of calories. Water also partly fills the stomach before eating, so drinking water before a meal may help you to eat less of your meal and thus take in fewer calories.
